What are redfries' wholesale conditions?
All prices are net prices plus VAT. There is no minimum order value. We require advance payment for all orders. For shipping we charge a flat rate of 9.50 Euro per order within Germany and 19.50 Euro within the EU. Shipping costs for countries outside the EU are calculated individually. International orders: Please note that redfries is not responsible for any import fees or customs duties on international orders. To calculate import costs, please contact your country's Customs office directly.
When will my order be shipped?
All items available in the shop are in stock and will be shipped 3-5 business days after payment is received. Please note that there may be delays at peak times (e.g. before Christmas).
Will I receive a tracking number?
Once your order is processed and packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking information to update before checking the status of your shipment. For more information about shipping, click HERE.
Does redfries ship internationally?
We ship to Germany and the EU as standard. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
International orders: Our B2B shop currently does not have an automated checkout for international customers. Please send us a request to info@redfries.com to process your order manually.
The item I requested is sold out. Will it be available again?
If the item is still available on our website, it will most likely be back in stock in the future!
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, eps-Überweisung, Ideal, Klarna Rechnung, Sofort and Advance payment.
